Hospitality Isn’t Just What We Do—It’s How We Help People Belong.
Welcome to the Celebration!
I’m the founder of Haymarket Hospitality, and I believe that human connection is the most powerful element of any gathering.
Most people think of event management as a series of logistics: booking venues, printing schedules, setting up tables, and keeping time. While seamless operations are essential, they are only the baseline.
Logistics get people through the door. Intentional hospitality is what makes them want to stay.
My mission was born out of a simple observation: too many events leave guests feeling like spectators. They arrive, navigate an unfamiliar room, listen passively, and leave without ever feeling truly seen or connected.
I built Haymarket Hospitality to change that narrative—shifting gatherings from standard event management into frameworks for genuine belonging.
On behalf of our team, we look forward to partnering with you to turn your next gathering into a deeply meaningful experience—and a true celebration of community and belonging.
With gratitude and excitement,
Andrea Chapman

Our North Star: Shaping the Future of Gathering
Mission Statement
"At Haymarket Hospitality, our mission is to transform local gatherings from routine events into deeply meaningful human experiences. By combining flawless logistical care with intentional social design, we move guests beyond simple welcome—fostering environments where every individual feels genuinely valued, warmly cherished, and entirely at home."
Vision Statement
"To cultivate a world where no one enters a space feeling like an outsider. We envision communities and organizations anchored by experiences that break down barriers, spark authentic connection, and turn every guest into a lifelong co-creator of belonging."
Andrea’s communication was always professional and something that was truly appreciated as she worked with the County permitting office, fire marshals, inspectors, police/sheriff departments, emergency personnel, and others who were necessary for our event to operate successfully.
