Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University, Haymarket Hospitality goes beyond standard logistics to transform local gatherings into deeply meaningful human experiences. Whether we are orchestrating a sold-out festival for 800 attendees, managing a hybrid conference, or coordinating an intimate workshop, our work is rooted in intentional design—fostering environments where every individual feels genuinely valued, warmly cherished, and entirely at home.

Featured Event Highlights

  • Obon Summer Festival (July 12, 2025 | 800 Attendees)

    • Role: Event Coordinator

    • Execution: Secured all Fairfax County permits, directed a sold-out social media campaign, and managed ticketing and registration for 800 guests. Recruited, trained, and led a team of over 100 volunteers.

    • Outcome: Exceeded financial goals by raising over $15,000 and drove a mini-sponsorship campaign that secured $3,500 in cash and in-kind support.

  • Eastern Buddhist League Conference (October 18–20, 2025 | 75 Participants)

    • Role: Event Coordinator

    • Execution: Led a 9-month planning cycle with an all-volunteer committee, overseeing the master budget, vendor contracts, menu planning, catering logistics, and hybrid platform execution.

    • Outcome: Seamlessly delivered a complex, multi-day hybrid conference meeting all critical path milestones.

  • Specialized Workshops & Community Events (2025)

    • Yoga & Buddhism Workshop (April 12, 2025 | 35 Participants): Managed online registration, marketing, catering/meal timelines, and guest presenters for a day-long hybrid event.

    • Reiki Workshop (May 10, 2025 | 12 Participants): Handled space setup, marketing, and communications to successfully deliver a Level 1 certification and foster community connection.
