Our Story
The Journey to Haymarket
When Andrea Chapman moved to Haymarket, Virginia in 2001, her clear vision was to raise her family in a place with strong roots and a true sense of belonging. Through twenty-five years of school volunteer work, non-profit fundraisers, and local leadership, Andrea saw firsthand how community transforms lives when people are given spaces where they feel welcome.
Academic Excellence Meets Practical Experience
In May 2026, two major milestones coincided: Andrea’s youngest child graduated from Gainesville High School, and Andrea graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Events Management. For Andrea, the degree was not just a credential—it was a formal validation of decades spent understanding how human behavior, room design, and hospitality intersect.
Spatial Flow as an Art Form
The golden key in the Haymarket Hospitality logo represents more than just opening doors; it represents unlocking the hidden potential of physical spaces. Spatial arrangement comes innately to Andrea. She understands that how a room is laid out directly dictates how people interact, how comfortable they feel, and whether conversation flows naturally or stumbles into awkward silences.
Meeting You Where You Are
Haymarket Hospitality was founded on the belief that life's most precious memories aren't limited to rented banquet halls. They happen around kitchen islands, on back patios, in cozy guest rooms, and in living rooms filled with laughter. We are dedicated to bringing boutique-level hospitality expertise straight into your home, work, and community spaces.
